Resepi Lasagna Mudah Tanpa Oven
First, boil the lasagna sheets for about 5-7 minutes or until slightly softened. Drain them well and set aside.
Next, in a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil on medium heat. Add in diced onions and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Then, add in the minced beef and cook until it's browned all over. Drain off the excess oil.
Add two cans of chopped tomatoes and two tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan and stir in the dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assembly time! In a rectangular baking dish, begin by layering some of the tomato and beef mixture at the bottom of the dish. Then, add a layer of lasagna sheets on top of the mixture. Add a layer of grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the lasagna sheets, followed by a layer of fresh basil leaves. Repeat these layers until you've used up all the ingredients.
Finally, cover the dish with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes. This will allow the cheese to melt and the lasagna sheets to soften.
